The Jewellery Box
This project started as a way to learn about the newest features in Adobe Illustrator. I challenged myself to see what I could create using the fewest number of objects. The base image is created in Illustrator using just two lines. Adding different characteristics to these lines in the stroke and appearance panels, the blend and warp tools, and gradients, I have created a series I call the Jewellery Box.
I am impressed that Illustrator and Photoshop work so well together. Here are the original Illustrator files imported into Photoshop as PSD. In Photoshop I added a graphic style that elevated the dots into jewels.
I don't know where this will take me, but it is a lot of fun. Have a great day, Rick.
